On Sept 6, the annual Moulid un Nabi celebration, honoring the blessed birth of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), was held at the Fleetwood Islamic Centre. The program was a great success, with a large turnout of attendees, and was filled with knowledge, spirituality, and blessings.
The evening was gracefully conducted by the MC, Br. Asif Ali, General Secretary of FIAS.
The program began with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Br. Afeef Khan, Asst. Secretary of FIAS followed by uplifting Naats and Nasheeds by Br. Hisham (from Syria) and Br. Haroon (Masjid Huda).
Imam and Khateeb, Alim Ashraf, welcomed the distinguished guest speaker, Dr. Abdullah Qadri. Dr. Qadri delivered an inspiring and spiritual address on Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH), drawing guidance from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
The program concluded with Durood-o-Salaam upon the
Beloved Prophet (PBUH), followed by a heartfelt du‘a.
To end the blessed evening, a delicious dinner was served to all attendees.
