It is the summer where children are also off school and there are many places one can go. How does one decide? Most of the places are costly to book for in the summer and they are needed to be reserved in advance.
Multiple Choices – Multiple Tasks
Those parents and children are lucky who know their aim and objectives in life, their passion, their hobbies and work. The child who loves drawing and painting knows that he or she can study and promote their career in arts. Today’s modern and advance life of technology, has opened many doors of work and courses. Iphones or iPads have opened up more avenues to reach one’s advertisements from one’s pocket.
School Days
There are lots of activities available for students apart from studies. All Children should take part in different hobbies and volunteer work. This helps them build themselves and know about their interests in life.
The Big Question
Which career to select after finishing high school and inspite of dozens of paths available – the funding for them is equally challenging. This is something the generation before us didn’t have. The parents also need to have their own hobbies or career instead of relying on others all the time. In school, most of the time, there is pressure of good marks and not on other interests of other fields. When time comes to select a path after graduation, the students are left in a cloud of confusion.
One has to start planning their academic career early on and develop skills for it. This cannot happen unless the school boards assist the students. One shouldn’t always look at careers with a lot of money. One’s contentment is more important than money. Every one today only cares about making money in a short time whilst not developing oneself.
This life goes on and we are busy in our daily lives. Every one is in a speed race. One needs to ask themselves what they want out of their lives and how to work towards that goal. Where will one be after 5 years and beyond.
Dream With Open Eyes
It is good to have dreams and aims in life but if it is left at that then one cannot make it a reality. It is just a fantasy. What have we done to achieve the dream? Life is full of difficulties but our efforts will convert into profitable actions for us.
Before this, we at the very least, need to know what we want to begin with. Once we know that, we can find avenues to navigate towards our goal(s). But if we do not plan properly we don’t know which direction we are heading towards. And thus, a life will be wasted. This will be a big loss and injustice we do to ourselves.
Our dreams are not impossible. They are realistic and therefore hurdles will be there but that’s what life is. One navigates through – always.
Allah has given us many blessings and it is time we appreciate and utilize them.
Our Children – Future of the Nation
Our children are not only our future but they are the beginning of the new generation and upcoming nation. When their future is bright, their children have a better future and avoid mistakes they made. It is never about one generation but many generations as examples are set early on. Parents need to give good quality education to all their children and not their sons only. We do not fall into this cultural injustice that has befallen on us.
Not only must we pass on good education but we must intil good character, honesty, integrity and piety. This will make them have a positive outlook in life and deal with whatever challenges they may face in their lives.
