
March 17, Hundreds turned up at City Hall Surrey to share grief and solidarity and to mourn Christchurch mass shooting victims. May the humans learn to love (read deeply love) other human beings and respect and care for them despite of to race, colour, national or ethnic origin, and/or religion or sect. “Love is better than anger. A number of speakers shared theirs thoughts included MLAS, City Councillor among others religions prominent members.


Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world. Mahwish Yousaf arranged this event very successfully and Mr. Asad Syed coordinated with her. This was a very well attended event at the City Hall Surrey open yard.
The organisers deserved a lot of Praise for uniting our community. Well done Mahwish Yousaf , Asad Syed, Shamim Akbar, Shahzad Nazir Khan, PCA , PCCA ,Al- Ameen Post, Community Times Canada,The Miracle Media, Raqiya Mohammad, Furquan Gehlen,Maheen Nusrat. Maheen, Tahir Aslam and Aslam Hayat all they proved one very important point, that for a good cause
distance is not a hindrance.
