A fundraiser for the world’s largest free cancer hospital, The Shaukat Khanum M Cancer Hospital was organized on October 20, 2023. The vibrant, packed event drew nearly 500 attendees and raised close to $225,000. After a sumptuous dinner and enlightening presentations about the ambitious project, the evening reached its zenith with a mesmerizing concert by Shazia Manzoor. This hospital is under construction in the port city of Karachi, Pakistan and will provide a beacon of light and state of the art treatment to the impoverished cancer patients. Notably, this is the third cancer hospital to be established by the Shaukat Khanum Trust, an initiative driven by the vision of the famous cricketer, philanthropist, and politician, Mr. Imran Khan. His tireless dedication to providing quality healthcare to cancer patients has been instrumental in making this project a reality.
