On the 3rd of December, four prominent Muslim NGOs united their efforts to champion a noble cause –the provision of essential aid to our brothers and sisters facing adversity in Palestine. The collaborative force comprised Islamic Relief Canada, Penny Appeal, HCI, and Human Concerns International, standing together in unwavering solidarity for a highly successful fundraising event.This joint endeavor highlighted the power of unity within the Muslim community, as these influential organizations synergized their resources and expertise to make a meaningful impact. The event not only demonstrated the strength that lies in collective action but also served as a testament to the shared commitment of these NGOs toward alleviating the hardships faced by those in need in Palestine.
Over 750 kind-hearted people gathered at the Aria Banquet Hall in Surrey for a special event. It was a night filled with generosity and caring. The event, organized by Shyakh Alaa Elsayyed, turned into a heartwarming evening of giving, highlighted by beautiful art auctions. As the night went on, everyone’s kindness added up, and together the organizors raised an amazing $250,000.
This money will be used to help and support people in Palestine who are going through tough times. The success of the event shows how much good people can do when they come together to help others.
