On Oct 5, In a heartwarming display of community spirit, residents gathered over the weekend for a fundraising event that not only filled bellies but also hearts. Hosted at the local community center, the evening featured a delightful dinner and an uproarious performance by renowned stand-up comedian Tabish Hashmi.
Together, attendees raised an impressive $60,000 Canadian dollars to support unprivileged patients in Pakistan through the Indus Hospital.
                                      The event, organized by local volunteers, aimed to raise awareness about the critical healthcare needs of underprivileged communities in Pakistan. With a mission to provide free healthcare services to those in need, the Indus Hospital has been a beacon of hope for countless families. The funds raised during this event will go directly towards medical treatments and essential healthcare services.
