How many more ulama will we lose before we wake up? One after another, scholars who dedicated their lives to Qur’an and Sunnah have resigned, moved away, or been forced into silence. Each departure is not just their pain but it is our community’s loss.
Have we become like the people of Bani Israel, rejecting and dishonoring the very inheritors of the Prophets (saw? If this cycle continues, what future will our children have without guidance?
This is not about one masjid or one committee. This is about us, the entire community. Unless we change, unless we protect and honor our ulama, we will stand empty tomorrow, with buildings but no light.
