On Friday, May 27, Muslim Food Bank and Community Services Society (MFBCS) brought staff and volunteers together to celebrate achievements and enjoy a nice meal.
MLA Bruce Ralston and MP Randeep Sarai joined approximately 100 persons at the event that highlighted the impact that our volunteers and staff make in the community. 
The leadership of MFBCS took advantage of the opportunity to share strategic directions for the next three years. To better respond to the everchanging needs of our community, MFBCS will continue to provide food hampers, collect and distribute Zakat, and provide support to refugees, youth, seniors, women and children.Reported By: Saleem Spindari

In addition to providing case management and counselling services, MFBCS has started offering other enhanced services such as employment support and support for the homeless and those at risk of homelessness. A big thank you to all our staff, volunteers and donors. With their support and the help from Allah SWT, we have been able to do all this.
