Apparently this is the title of a little news, but behind this there is 25 year’s history of a committed citizen of Richmond Mr. Shams jilani who has served city of Richmond as a volunteer on different positions. He has got his very first appointment as Member of Heritage Advisory committee than he made the history as member of four advisory committees at a time, Heritage Advisory, Museum Advisory committee multicultural Advisory committee and Seniors advisory committee than he continued seniors Advisory committee twenty one years without any break up to the 2018-12-31.
and retired in 87 years age.
