PTI leader Ibad Farooq’s son Ammar passes away

The latest reports say that the funeral prayer of the nine years old will be offered tonight in the provincial capital. Lahore: In a sorrowful development, Ammar, the son of the detained Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket holder, Ibad Farooq on Monday passed away. Ammar’s father, Ibad Farooq, had been in custody in connection with the May 9th violence. It was revealed by Ibad Farooq’s brother that Ammar had been battling a mental illness. Tragically, the seven-year-old Ammar succumbed on Monday, and his funeral is scheduled to take place tonight.
