Immigration consultants are skilled in the process of relocating individuals from one region to another. Immigration consultants use this expertise to aid clients with all aspects of this procedure.
‘The Miracle got a chance to sit down with Mr. Emraan Amir last week and learn
more about him and his profession. Here is what he had to say:
The Miracle (TM): First, please tell Miracle’s readers, a little about yourself, your back home, your education, and your experience, when you migrated to Canada.
Emraan Amir (EA): By the grace of almighty Allah I come from a family of lawyers
and paralegals. I have done my studies at UBC and CDI College specializing in
immigration consultation, further pursuing my studies and getting licensed from
College of Immigration and Citizenship Canada. We have regulated Canadian
immigration consultants having offices in DELTA, BC, and Mississauga, ONT.
TM: When and why did you decide to choose an Immigration Consultant
carrier?
EA: Actually when in England I was partly into immigration for students who
wanted to pursue further studies in the UK. But when I decided to move to Canada I did
my whole immigration application and process myself, I found it very straightforward yet challenging for me. I could feel the stress and emotional drain the others must be feeling while trying to migrate to Canada, that was 1 of the main triggers for me to get into this profession. I wanted to make the whole process easy, honest, transparent, and stress-free.
TM: Which countries have you helped clients to relocate to?
EA: We majorly work with Canadian immigration but sometimes also help people migrate to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, etc. through our network of partner
consultants in those countries.
TM: Which documents should clients complete if they wish to relocate?
EA: We have a simplified checklist for each client who wants to visit or migrate to
Canada, to further simplify we have it in 5 different languages which makes it easier
for clients to understand. Different types of visas have different document requirements and its very case-specific.
TM: What are some of the reasons given by the government for rejection in
immigration cases?
EA: There are numerous reasons why a file can rejected and not limited to
which includes medical, criminality, the wrong type of forms, lack of family ties back
home, financials, wrong or misleading info, etc. That’s where we come into the
picture and we do a thorough assessment and evaluation before any submission hence
resulting in a high success rate.
TM: What is the most interesting case in your career so far?
EA: Every case is unique and different in its own sense but we take pride in getting
refused cases approved and refugee cases, we also specialize in helping Canadian
Employers hire foreign workers through LMIA
TM: What is your success rate?
EA: There is a specific rate as such but with the grace of Allah the almighty with our
profession team our success rate is quite high, you can say about 80 percent.
TM: What would you do if a client needs to relocate in a short period?
EA: We would advise him not to rush as immigration is a life-changing and a very major decision and we cannot rush things in this.
TM: Tell us more about your Immigration consulting firm.
EA: We are regulated by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory
Council (ICCRC). ICCRC is the national regulatory body in Canada.
Starwayz Immigration and Consulting Ltd. It is a Canadian-based consulting firm.
We provide professional immigration and consulting services to clients from around the world. Starwayz has etched its own elite niche by providing the immigration &
consulting services that have made a positive impact on many lives.
Immigrating to Canada is exciting but sometimes may be a daunting process, filled with challenges and complexities. We are committed to assisting clients throughout the process in a friendly and competent way.
We adhere to a strict code of conduct providing only genuine and quality advice for all processes in accordance with updated laws.
TM: How you can help the people over here for their loved ones to bring in Canada?
EA: This program is a part of the family class sponsorship program. A Canadian Citizen and/or Permanent Resident may sponsor a spouse, common-law partner, or Conjugal Partner for Canadian permanent residence under this program. Both the Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident and the foreign national must be approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the sponsored person to receive a visa. The Sponsor and the Sponsored Person must be legally married. A Certificate of Marriage from the province or territory where the marriage took place is required if the marriage took place in Canada. Same-sex marriages performed within Canada are valid for spousal sponsorship. If the marriage took place outside of Canada, it must be valid under the law of the country where it took place as well as under Canadian federal law.
TM: How do you facilitate the outside Canada direct calls to get your services?
EA: We have a specialized team to assist those trying to connect to us from outside
Canada through various social media platforms, WhatsApp calling, etc.
TM: How the Study permit visa holders can easily get PR?
EA: The route to PR for international students is that once they graduate from
a recognized institution they get a post-graduate work permit for 2 or 3 years depending on the nature of their studies. Once they get this work permit they can work full time and gather points towards their BCPNP or PR application.
TM: Any interested or complicated case in your professional career, can you tell us, how you handled that?
EA: To me lots of international students are violating their study permit requirements due to which they get subject to deportations or removal orders, We do assist with such cases as well and these types of cases are particularly very tricky and hard to address.
TM: Any strong immigration tips you want to deliver through Miracle’s in your
office located at 1192, 80 Ave, Delta, BC on 604.655.0845?
EA: Always respect the Canadian immigration laws and follow them and never try to
get involved in any kind of criminal/illegal activities or violate the terms of your visas
or permits. You are in or going to be in one of the best countries in the world so respect that and make your future.
TM: Thanks for your time and best of luck in your business.
EA: Thanks to you too, for taking the time and visit us.
