On August 13, a car rally was held in Surrey to commemorate the 76th Independence Day of Pakistan. For many years, Amin Khan and his friends have organized this rally. They brought a convoy of about 40-50 cars, which were decorated with flags and slogans which descended from Holland Park and drove to the residence of Khan located near Surrey Jameh Masjid on 72 Ave. A cake-cutting ceremony was held, in which MP Sukh Dhaliwal and many community members and their families participated. Everyone made dua for the prosperity of Pakistan.
