Some shades of grey
All said and done, all good BUT BUT BUT it has taken our thinking power up to certain extent. When it has brought world near , it has made our own family and friends world apart. Now a days when family is together be it at dinner or outing or anyplace everybody is on phone . when somebody is saying something nobody is interested , oh we can find out all on net…. don’t waste your time and mine. There is no normal conversation anymore. Thus less funny or sweet moments. Eventhough things , information are mase easily available nobody has time or patience, please come to the point …whats bottomline ? it has taken the rich pleasure of leisurely enjoying the life and small matters.
Balancing both
We are at that stage of advanced modern life that we can not live well without all advance technology , we can not shun it out of our life or hate or ignore it. What we can do is respect it as much it deserves,use it but let not it use US.
We can refer but not make it our ultimate source. We should not take all the opinions and act on it blindly. Nobody can live or understand our life , neither can we theirs. So sense of right or wrong , applicable to us or not , some sensible thinking is required. We have to set boundaries, limits for the use of this gadgets .
We have to give impotance to books, nature , people and simple ways of life too. We have to ride the vehicle, we can not let vehicle ride us.
We do not know sometimes what to do with free time when we do get.we will immediately either watch something or surf something but we will not think of going for a walk or meeting friends, or relatives or some hobby or some activity. The irony of modern life is we have to take help of same machines which we are trying to avoid for some short time. Atleast lets be aware of sideeffects of using or rather relying too much on such technological device instead we should take their help only when needed and live our life simply, with proper attention to people in our life, nature and world and surroundings in general.
