It is a matter of dismay and disappointment how the two Main Canadian Media deprived the Canadian Pakistanis from the historic inspiring news of the Hon. Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to USA that was on invitation from the President of the USA, Mr. Trump. CBC ignored completely and CTV showed a glimpse focusing on Respected Mr. Trump and his few words. Toronto Star provided fair coverage, but not the Globe and Mail.
Canadian Pakistani who have been embraced by their acquired beloved country, Canada and serve their country with all sincerity in all walks of lives, yet they do not ignore the old country as others.
Pakistan is changing fast with Imran Khan. It is world attraction now. Imran Khan is a leader, internationally recognized, honest, powerful and loved by their countrymen including us all. The strong leadership and most loved leader of Pakistan was confirmed by Mr. Trump during the interview. If one does not know about Imran Khan, here are just few words about his leadership. He is too simple and does not use privileges of PM. He traveled in commercial flight to USA. He stayed at the residence of High commission not in a luxurious hotel. He does not and cannot see misuse of public finance as many have done. He is a determined leader. Long live Imran Khan. The Pakistan is changing fast under his leadership.
It is unfortunate and undignified to note from American Media that no dignitary of the USA went to receive him on arrival, but it changed subsequently.
Now,Mr. Asif Zardari former president of Pakistan, and 10 % man as recognised by TIME for his corruption and 3 times elected Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and many more are in Jail on corruption charges. He is making them return all the loots, many hidden outside Pakistan. These are just a few to note from me and others to confirm his honesty and sincerity. You may or may not know that he is becoming a pillar in the region with China, Russia, Saudi, Iran, Afghan, Taliban, likely Gulf Regions?
The enthusiasm and love to him shown by the attendance of the Washington Arena filled American Pakistani have not been seen to our knowledge by any nation. YOU ALL denied the Canadian Pakistani this historic moment, I like to say the splendour. Some of us saw these in Pakistani media and thanks to you tube. You could see all in You tube broad cast or on Google search.
Most likely the representatives of these National Media are stationed in Washington, and I believe the Canadian might have been aware of his visit for some time. They could have reported the news in their broad cast. If he addressed in his national language, The Media could have made comments in English while demonstrating the enthusiasm and the attendee in the back ground. What about the various interviews? They were in English. No interview was in the news here except in Toronto Star.
The Canadian Media never fail to report important/unimportant news of USA or Europe on a day today basis on National Broadcast!
‘Money makes the world go round’!

The most significant celebration of Eid Ul Adha, an Eid of sacrifice in the 12th month of Dhul Hijjah commemorates the divinely given religious ceremony of ‘sacrifice’ of our Prophet Abraham (AS).
Prophet Abraham’s introduction and all the other performance of the Divine symbolic rites introduced by his progeny Prophet-Universal Messenger Muhammad (SAWS) that opens up the Gates of divine knowledge, the knowledge of the past Revelations, introduction of Prophets and Messengers that brings the closeness with the people of the Book, as well as the true concept of ‘One GOD’, only HIS worship and obedience are legal.
Muslims all over the world celebrate the Eid of sacrifice, reviving the ‘Religion’ of Prophet Abraham (AS) and his test from Almighty Allah-Creator. In it there is a sign of GOD and a few messages for the mankind: This sacred day commemorates Prophet Abraham’s (AS) test from GOD and his willingness to sacrifice his son and willingness to be obedient to GOD.
When Pro. Abraham (AS) told his first born son Ismail of the sacrifice required by GOD, the son Ismail voluntarily offered himself for it and never flinched from his promise until sacrifice was redeemed by the substitute of a ‘Ram’ (Lamb) under God’s commands.
On this sacred day Muslims share the sacrificial meat with others those who are in need all over the world.
In Islam, all the religious ceremonies are divinely ordained and not made up by human gods. True Universal GOD has allowed Muslims and people of the Book to consume Meat, so P. M. Modi should educate the crazy Mobs who are killing Muslims in India for eating Meat. Their major illiteracy of the Divine Message is visible in their evil action.
“And remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands, which he fulfilled—”And who turns away from the Religion of Abraham –such as debase their soul with folly?
Say ye: “We believe in Allah (Creator) and the Revelation given to us, to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, the tribes and that given to Moses and Jesus– from their Lord. We make no difference between one and another of them: and we bow to Allah- Creator”. (Q.2:124, 130, 136).
“Being true in faith to GOD-never assigning partners to HIM, if anyone assigns partners to GOD he is as if he had fallen from Heaven and been snatched up by birds, or the wind had swooped like a bird and thrown him into far distant place. (22: 31).
“(Abraham) said: Do ye then worship besides GOD things that can neither be of any good to you nor do you any harm”? (21:66).
The above verses indicates the Divine tradition of worship of Creator-Supreme-Being, praying and prostrating to HIM only.
“And hold fast all together by the Rope which Allah stretches out and be not divided -and remember with gratitude Allah’s favor on you; for you were enemies and HE joined your hearts in love–”. (3: 103).
This indicates we became ‘One community’.
