Religion and Science goes hand in hand, and been considered to be twin sisters in Islam. It consists of Science, Hygiene, and social structure. Islam is the Divinly given religion, consists of rules of ‘way of life’, living according to the Divine Constitutional law of GOD’S commandments that aren’t just irrational taboos. The Divine order has warning for all kinds of danger in life, as well as benefits to the health of the body, mind and Soul.
Mankind has more pressure of difficult life situation, stressed life style, all kinds of problems, and feeling hopeless and depressed, even though we have all kinds of technology yet the life doesn’t become any easy or Heavenly.. In fact some of the excellent worldly beneficial technology is proven harmful if overused. In this century humans are surrounded by the vast amount of electronic equipment, by which the body receives a huge amount of ‘Electromagnetic waves’.
We are warned repeatedly by the health Science about the danger of overusing health hazardous electronic equipments such as: Cell phones, Computers, Electric Phones, constant working under Lights, which has drastic affect on health such as constant headache, tiredness, fatigue, depression and physical pain.
The general health advice is to get a break, have fresh air and get away from the TV and other electronics including minimum use of Cell Phone
that has vast amount of electromagnetic waves, which also affects the hearing, including the Ear plugs.
Ironically, any ruling from the Higher Power has the most amazing positive physical, mental and spiritual beneficial components for mankind.

Quran 22:77: “O ye who believe, bow down, prostrate yourselves and adore your Lord, and do well that ye may prosper”.
